JJK Characters is a fan-run guide to the people, curses and sorcerers of Jujutsu Kaisen. We built it because we kept running into the same problem: you'd finish an episode, want to look up a side character, and land on a page that spoiled the next three arcs in the first sentence. So we made the guide we wanted to use. It covers all 153 characters, and it doesn't spoil anything you haven't asked to see.
Who we are
We're a small group of long-time readers who followed the manga week to week in Weekly Shonen Jump, then watched MAPPA turn it into one of the best-looking anime of the decade. We argue about power rankings, we rewatch the Shibuya arc more than is healthy, and some of us still have opinions about certain chapters that we will share at length if asked. None of us work for the publisher or the studio. This is a hobby project, written by fans, for fans.
What the site covers
- Character profiles. Every named character from the manga, the anime, Jujutsu Kaisen 0 and the Modulo sequel, with grade, affiliation, cursed technique, first appearance and status.
- Deep-dive profiles for the main cast: abilities, key fights, relationships, voice actors and the moments that define them.
- Hub pages that group characters the way people actually search for them: by season, by arc, strongest, villains, female and male characters, heights and ages, and who dies.
- Tools like the character wheel, plus longer guides on the blog.
How we check facts
Fan wikis are useful, but they're edited by anyone and they get things wrong. We don't treat them as the final word. Before a fact goes on the site, we try to confirm it against at least one independent source: the manga chapters themselves (VIZ Media's official English release), the anime episodes on Crunchyroll, official announcements, Anime News Network, and the official character fanbook for details like height and age. Voice actor credits are checked against studio and distributor announcements.
If we can't confirm something, we leave it out or label it clearly. We'd rather show "Not stated" than invent a number. Our last full audit corrected several dub credits and late-manga statuses, and removed one character we couldn't verify. The full process is on our editorial policy page.
Spoiler policy
Spoilers are hidden by default. Statuses, deaths, late-story reveals and anything past the current anime stay blurred until you flip the "Show spoilers" switch in the header. Your choice is saved in your own browser, so it sticks between visits. We don't store it anywhere else. Profile write-ups mark manga-only sections so anime-only viewers know when to stop reading.
How we update
We review the site when new anime episodes air, when new Modulo chapters come out and when official news drops, such as cast announcements, season dates or fanbook data. Big changes get folded into the relevant profiles and hub pages, and the character count updates automatically. If a page is out of date, tell us. That's usually how we find out first.
Corrections
Spotted a wrong grade, a bad chapter number or a misspelled name? Send it through the contact page and pick "Correction". Please include the page and, if you can, a chapter or episode reference. We check every report, fix confirmed errors quickly, and note significant corrections in our fact-check records.
Not affiliated with the official series
JJK Characters is unofficial. We're not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Gege Akutami, Shueisha, VIZ Media, MAPPA, Toho, Crunchyroll or the Jujutsu Kaisen Production Committee. Jujutsu Kaisen and all related names, characters and artwork belong to their respective owners. The text on this site is our own. Character images are used for identification and commentary, and we'll remove any image on request from a rights holder (see our DMCA policy).
If you love the series, support it officially: read the manga on VIZ or Shonen Jump, buy the volumes, and stream the anime on licensed services.
