These Terms of Use cover your use of jjkcharacters.net (the "site"), which is run by JJK Characters ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What the site is
JJK Characters is a free, unofficial fan guide to Jujutsu Kaisen. It's for information, commentary and entertainment. There are no accounts, no purchases and no user uploads.
Using the site
You're welcome to read, share links to and quote short parts of our pages with credit and a link back. You agree not to:
- copy or republish our original text in bulk, or scrape the site to build a competing or AI-generated copy of it;
- try to disrupt, overload, hack or probe the site or its hosting;
- use automated tools in a way that puts unreasonable load on the site;
- use the site or our email address to send spam, malware, harassment or anything unlawful;
- misrepresent your connection with us, or suggest we endorse you.
Our content and third-party content
The original writing, layout, data compilation and design of the site belong to us. Jujutsu Kaisen, its characters, names, artwork and related marks belong to Gege Akutami, Shueisha and their licensors, including the Jujutsu Kaisen Production Committee and MAPPA. We use limited material from the series for identification, commentary and criticism. Nothing in these terms gives you any right to that material. See our disclaimer and DMCA policy.
Messages you send us
If you send a correction, tip or suggestion, you let us use it to improve the site without owing you anything. We may credit you if you ask. Please don't send anything confidential.
Links and ads
The site links to other websites and may show third-party ads. We don't control those sites or ads and aren't responsible for their content, products or practices. Clicking an ad or a link is between you and that third party.
Accuracy and spoilers
We work hard to keep facts right (see our editorial policy), but the series is long, translations differ and new chapters change things. Content is provided as is, and we don't guarantee it's complete, current or error-free. Spoilers are hidden behind a switch, but by using the site you accept that some story details may show up, for example in headings, titles or search results.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise the site will always be available or free of errors or harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Because the site is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to zero, or the lowest amount the law allows if it can't be zero. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Indemnity
If you break these terms or the law while using the site, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.
Changes and termination
We may change, pause or close the site, or update these terms, at any time. The effective date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms. We may block access for anyone who misuses the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, including US federal copyright law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
General
If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it. These terms, together with our privacy policy and cookie policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
