JJK Characters is free to read. Running it costs money for hosting and domains, plus a lot of time spent re-reading chapters to check facts. To cover those costs, the site may show ads and may sometimes include affiliate links. This page explains how that works and how we keep it separate from what we write.
Display advertising
We plan to show ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners pick the ads automatically, and they may use cookies to personalize them unless you opt out (see our privacy policy and cookie policy). We don't choose individual ads, and seeing an ad on our site doesn't mean we endorse the product. If you see an ad that's inappropriate for a general audience, tell us the page and what you saw, and we'll block that category or advertiser where we can.
Affiliate links
Some links to manga volumes, Blu-rays or merchandise may be affiliate links, for example through the Amazon Associates program. If you buy something through one, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. We'll mark affiliate links on the page where they appear. At the time of writing, the site has no affiliate links.
Sponsored content
We don't publish paid posts or paid rankings. If that ever changes, sponsored content will be clearly labeled "Sponsored" at the top, in line with FTC guidelines.
Editorial independence
Advertisers, affiliate programs, publishers and studios have no influence over our character profiles, rankings or guides. We don't accept payment to change what we write. Our process is on the editorial policy page.
